Office of the registrar (new window)

The Office of the Registrar serves faculty and students through scheduling, registration, record keeping and reporting as well as assisting the deans and other administrative offices in their service. Through the Registrar website, you can access academic calendars (new window), course evaluation information (new window), schedule of classes (new window) and MyAccess (new window) – the main system used by students, faculty, and deans to view and update student records, register for classes and document final grades.

university information services (UIS)  (new window)

The University Information Services team provides Georgetown University with the core technology resources and support services for teaching, learning, and research. Here, you can find support and links for Net ID login (new window), Google Apps access (new window), Box (new window), hardware/software repair and installation (new window), and overall help (new window) with technical issues. Here, you can also find Georgetown’s mobile safety app, LiveSafe (new window), which is available for download on Google Play and the App Store.

georgetown management system (GMS) (new window)

Georgetown Management System (GMS) is the University’s secure, human resources platform that makes job management tasks, such as payroll, paid leave and benefit elections, efficient for employees.

faculty handbook (new window)

The policies in the faculty handbook are the University’s enunciation of the rights and responsibilities of faculty members, as approved by the Board of Directors.

georgetown one card (gocard)  (new window)

The Georgetown One Card (GOCard) is the official identification used by the University, and it includes each faculty, staff and students’ ID number. Your GOCard gains entry into buildings across campus, the shuttle network, and even allows you to make book, food, and supply purchases.

department of public safety and georgetown university police department (new window)

The Georgetown University Police (GUPD) provides event management, crime prevention, and police services on the Georgetown University Main and Medical Center campuses and off campus properties. On their website, links to Georgetown Emergency Response Medical Service (GERMS) (new window), the SafeRides program (new window) and HOYAlert Emergency Notification System (new window) are available.

The Office of Transportation Management (OTM) manages most transportation services on campus for visitors and employees. From offering a free shuttle service (Georgetown University Transportation Shuttle (new window)) (new window) to assisting with on-campus parking (new window)OTM provides several options for members of the Georgetown University community to get around.

Located in the Leavey Center, Georgetown’s main campus bookstore offers a wide selection of University-branded memorabilia, souvenirs, apparel; along with technological devices, books and other items.
